Location: Old Montreal (Metro Square Victoria)
Schedule: 35-40 hr / week Monday to Friday

(includes but not limited to the following functions)

Shipping/ Receiving
Receive, verify and ship purchase orders
Prepare inventory reports
Package and finalize shipments

Administrate Website Orders
Update and add listings
Communicate with buyers
Verify shipment orders
Prepare shipping waybills
Package order
Verify e-mail inbox for payment notifications

Administrate Distributor
Purchases
Verify purchase orders
Update stock availability online
Prepare invoices
Data entry

Customer service
Answer toll free phone line (take orders, customer support, product information)
Reply to customers e-mails (general inquiries FAQ, track shipments etc.)
Updating on Studentdoctornetwork forums

qualifications.
experience

Experience in clerk and/or administration functions
Good writing skill
Good knowledge of Microsoft office, Word and Excel
Work well without high level of supervision
Creative
Effective, rigorous, organized, professional
Knowledge in HTML, FTP and CRM
Asset: Bilingual, written and spoken
Flexible working hours
